We've become aware of a scam where fraudsters are contacting members via phone calls and text messages acting as the Innovations Fraud Department. These malicious actors are "spoofing" the Innovations phone number and making it appear that the call originates from our fraud department.
| Your account security is our utmost priority. If you are uncertain about the legitimacy of a call or request, please remember these steps: |
| • | Do not share personal information over the phone unless you initiated the call, and you are sure about the recipient's identity. | | • | Do not provide your Online Banking or Mobile Banking login credentials. Innovations will never ask for this information. | | • | Do not share your one-time code. Innovations will never ask for this information. | | • | Hang up if you feel pressured or uncomfortable during a call. | | • | Contact Innovations directly at 850.233.4400 if you have concerns about your account. |
We've recently added a new way to connect with you as a valued member of Innovations FCU. Using Push Notifications via the Innovations Mobile Banking app, we will keep you informed with important notifications and exciting information about new services. Be sure to update your app through the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once updated, you will receive a message to Allow Location Access. Select OK to stay updated and enable Push Notifications. |
