Here's what's new in our December 15th Online and Mobile Banking upgrade!
Passkey Authentication
Passkeys offer a faster, more secure way to sign in using your device—like FaceID, fingerprint, or your phone/computer's PIN.
Because there's no password to steal, passkeys greatly reduce the risk of scams, phishing, and fraudulent login attempts.
How Passkeys Work
| • | Replace your username + password with cryptographic keys | | • | Your private key stays securely on your device | | • | Your public key is stored with the service |
Why They're Safer
| • | Private keys cannot be phished or stolen | | • | They cannot be guessed or exposed in a data breach | | • | No password = no credential-theft scams |

Plaid Integration
You can now link an external bank or credit union account to Innovations quickly and securely using Plaid, right inside Online Banking.
This makes transferring money in or out of Innovations even easier — no more manual entry or micro-deposits.
Member-to-Member (M2M) Transfers
Need to send money to another Innovations member?
Our new M2M Transfers feature lets you move funds securely and in real time within Online Banking. Simply enter the recipient's information, confirm the transfer, and the funds are delivered instantly.
